Polite Reminders (due to some issues with clients)
1. Once you receive despatch notification from Etsy, you can no longer cancel or refund your order. That simply means your order is on its way to you. Your option is to return the item and we will issue refund excluding postage fee simply because Royal Mail will NOT issue refund for "used postage label".
2. Please do not pass responsibilities for any error in your shipping address or payment method as we have no access to verify correctness of such details.
3. Any issues with the postal service (delay, covid related, lost, etc) is entirely out of our control. We are happy to offer fair settlement via refund or replacement but to file a case against us for postal issue is absolutely unfair.

We aim to despatch order on next business day via Royal Mail. Postage fee is the actual charge by Royal Mail (we do not overcharge postage, please see the postage fee as shown on your postage label when you receive your parcel)
We accept returns or exchange whichever is appropriate (please contact us via Etsy convo)
We offer guarantee against quality | craftmanship (please contact us via Etsy convo)
Please note that we cannot answer for any delay or issue with regards to postal service as obviously, we have no control how each country operates during this pandemic.

To our international buyers, particularly from the USA , we recommend using the Tracked and Signed service if you want to track the progress of your delivery because the Standard service will take longer around 15-20 days or more. Also, please note, if you choose this kind of service, there is no "tracking reference". We have no control over any form of delays once we despatch order.
